All Hardwood joists, bearers & boards. With galvanised steel fixings. We want your deck to last! Providing stainless steel handrails, powder coated aluminium handrails, and timber look powder coated aluminium handrails.
Concreting
Driveways, Carports etc. QBCC Homeowners Insurance & a Master Builders Renovation Contract provided. Council approval for Crossover permits can also be arranged through us.
Roof Restoration & Replacement
Replacing anything over 25m2 needs to be re-engineered and council certified! This is to ensure that the timber frame complies with current building codes. We will provide the whole service for you. Re-engineering, certification inspections, roof carpentry, new colourbond, solar disconnect/reconnects if required, QBCC homeowners insurance & a Master Builders Building Contract.
Kitchen Renovations
Providing services for new kitchens installation! QBCC warranty insurance, QBCC Homeowners Insurance & a Master Builders Renovation Contract.
Bathroom Renovations
